Refund and Cancellation Policy

At KAMA Studio, every order is prepared with care. To ensure a smooth experience, we offer order cancellations before dispatch and exchanges for eligible products after delivery.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at kamastudioindia@gmail.com or Whatsapp - +91-9899067867, mentioning your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

For an approved cancellation before dispatch, the eligible amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only and do not accept returns for refunds.

An exchange request can be made within [7 DAYS] of delivery.

Products must be:

* Unworn and unused
* Unwashed
* Unaltered or tailored
* Free from stains, marks, perfume, deodorant, or any other signs of use
* Returned with all original tags and packaging intact
* In the same condition in which they were delivered

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for exchange.

3. Size Exchange

If the size you ordered does not fit, you can request an exchange for another available size within the applicable exchange period.

Size exchanges are subject to availability.

We recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

* Order number
* Clear photographs of the product
* Photographs/videos showing the issue
* Photographs of the packaging, where applicable

We may request an unboxing video or additional information to verify the issue.

If the issue is verified to be attributable to KAMA Studio, we will arrange an appropriate exchange, subject to product availability.

5. Exchange Process

To request an exchange, contact us at kamastudioindia@gmail.com or +91-9899067867 with your order number.

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the product back to us.

Please do not ship any product to us without receiving confirmation from KAMA Studio.

The exchanged product will be dispatched after the original product has been received and inspected.

6. Exchange Shipping Charges

For exchanges due to size or change of preference, applicable shipping charges may be payable by the customer.

For exchanges resulting from a wrong, damaged, or defective product supplied by KAMA Studio, we will bear the applicable shipping cost.

Any applicable charges will be communicated at the time the exchange is approved.

7. No Refunds on Exchanges

KAMA Studio does not offer refunds for products that are eligible for exchange.

Once an exchange has been approved and processed, the order cannot subsequently be converted into a refund request.

8. Non-Exchangeable Products

An exchange will not be accepted if the product:

* Has been worn or used
* Has been washed
* Has been altered or tailored
* Has been damaged after delivery
* Has missing or removed tags
* Has stains, marks, odour, or other signs of use
* Is returned without the required original packaging
* Is submitted for exchange after the applicable exchange period

Products marked as final sale or specifically stated as non-exchangeable at the time of purchase will not be eligible for exchange.

9. Failed or Undelivered Orders

If an order is returned to KAMA Studio due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, it may be treated as a Return to Origin (RTO).

Any refund or re-shipping in such circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and applicable shipping or other charges may be deducted where permitted.

10. Cash on Delivery Orders

For any approved cancellation or other refund specifically permitted under this policy, KAMA Studio may request valid bank account or UPI details for processing.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
